晋城矿区地面采动井护壁技术研究与应用

摘要:为避免采动井套管受采场覆岩扰动影响而变形破坏,在常规采动直井“J55 钢级套管+筛管”的井身结构
设计基础上,提出了一种在原直井井筒内下入护壁、增透、导流工具串的工艺:在卸压弯曲下沉带区域采用N80
钢级的高强度钢管,在卸压裂隙带及垮落带区域对钢管进行割缝设计,并注入高强度石英砾岩。该技术大大保障
了井筒稳定性,从而提高采动井产能及运行寿命,具有一定推广意义。

Abstract: In order to reduce the vulnerability of the mining well casing to the deformation and damage caused by the
overburden disturbance of the stope, based on the wellbore structure design of the conventional mining straight well "J55
steel grade casing + sieve pipe", a process of entering the retaining wall, increasing penetration and diversion tool string
in the original wellbore was proposed: N80 steel grade high-strength steel pipe is used in the pressure relief bending
sinking zone, the steel pipe was cut in the unloading fracture zone and collapse zone, and high-strength quartz conglomerate
was injected. The technology greatly guarantees the stability of the wellbore, thereby improving the production capacity
and operating life of the mining well, and has certain promotion significance.
