机焦炉排放的大气污染物浓度特征研究

摘要: 调查焦化厂各排放源排放污染物浓度特征,得出焦炉烟囱排放的颗粒物、SO2和NOx浓度分别为48.6 mg/m3、35
mg/m3和165 mg/m3;推焦地面站排放的颗粒物、BaP和SO2浓度分别为59.8 mg/m3、0.012 mg/m3和29 mg/m3;焦炉顶排放的
颗粒物、BSO和BaP浓度范围分别为0.56 mg/m3~1.14 mg/m3、0.09 mg/m3~0.15 mg/m3和0.10 滋g/m3~0.30 滋g/m3。

Research on Concentration of Atmospheric Pollutants from the Operation Process of
Machine-coke Oven

Abstract: Three coking plants were selected as our research object, and the concentration characteristic of pollutants from
emission sources have been analyzed systematacially. The average concentrations of particulate matter, SO2 and NOx from coke
oven chimney were 48.6 mg/m3, 35 mg/m3 and 165 mg/m3, respectively. The emission concentration of particulate matter, BaP and
SO2 from the coking pushing station were 59.8 mg/m3, 0.012 滋g/m3 and 29 mg/m3, respectively. Among the pollutants from the
fugitive emission at the top of coking oven, the emission concentration of NH3 was the maximum, and ranged from 1.14 mg/m3 to
1.82 mg/m3, while the ranges of average emission concentration of particulate matter, BSO, BaP and H2S were 0.56 mg/m3~1.14
mg/m3, 0.09 mg/m3~0.15 mg/m3, 0.10 滋g/m3~ 0.30 滋g/m3 and 0.05 mg/m3~0.09 mg/m3, respectively.
