水资源论证工作中规划需水量预测技术应用

摘要： 通过理论与实践相结合的方法，对规划水资源论证制度及规划需水量预测的技术与方法进行论述研究，结合
项目实际，对项目中关于规划水资源论证所涵盖的内容、方法及结合当地实际情况所提出的要求进行实例分析，强调规
划需水量预测的创新技术在相关工作中的重要性和必要性，旨在为相关研究工作带来借鉴参考作用，使更多研究人员及
学者认识到规划需水量预测创新技术研究的紧迫性与普遍性。

Abstract: By the method of combining theory and practice, this paper studied planning of water resources argumentation and planning
of water demand prediction techniques and methods. Combined with the actual project, instance analysis was performed for
the contents and methods of planning of water resources assessment in the project and requirement that was proposed combined
with the local actual situation. The importance and necessity of innovative technology for planning of water demand prediction
techniques and methods in the related work were emphasized with the aims to bring reference for related research work, make
more and more researchers and scholars to understand the urgency and universality of planning water demand prediction
innovation technology research.
