油气井钻井液及相关废物的环境管理探析

摘要： 叙述了国际通行的钻井液废物排放、处置管理规定，分析了四种行业做法，指出，使用低毒钻井液，或采用
小孔钻井和空气钻井可显著减少废弃钻井液产生量，全面钻井液管理可实现全过程控制，在各种适用技术中，钻井含油
钻屑热解析处理的无害化处理水平最高，应予以推广。

Environmental Management Analysis of Drilling Fluid and Related Waste in Oil and Gas Well

Abstract: This paper described drilling fluid waste materials discharge and disposal regulations of international practice, analyzed
the four kinds of industry practice, and proposed that the use of low-toxic drilling fluid, smaller hole drilling and air drilling
technology can significantly reduce the waste drilling fluid, drilling fluid management in an all-round way can realize the whole
process control, and among various kinds of appropriate technologies, thermal desorption process with innocent treatment of oily
cuttings in well drilling has highest level, which should be promoted.
