石炭纪条件下综采液压支架结构改造探讨

摘要: 通过对两种适用于侏罗纪地质条件使用的液压支架在石炭二叠系地质条件下结构改造和新产品设计改造的实
践研究,论证侏罗纪煤田与石炭二叠纪煤田使用液压支架的异同,提出液压支架选型应该不仅要考虑工作面煤层厚度和
现有支架架型的因素,更应充分从地质条件分析入手,合理、合适选择支架的结构。

Investigation on the Structure Transformation of Fuly-mechanized Powered Supports under the
Condition of Carboniferous

Abstract: By the practice research on the structural transformation in the carboniferous permian geological conditions and new
product design transformation of two kinds of hydraulic supports that were applicable to be used in the Jurassic geological
conditions, this paper demonstrated the similarities and differences of hydraulic supports that were used in the Jurassic coalfield
and permo-carboniferous coal field, and proposed that hydraulic support selection should not only consider coal seam thickness of
working face and the existing frame type factors of the support, and also should be reasonable and appropriate to choose the
structure of the support from the analysis on geological conditions.
