煤矿安全生产管理体系构建研究

摘要： 叙述中国煤矿生产管理体系构建的重要性，探讨中国煤矿安全管理中存在的问题，分析煤矿安全生产管理监
理体系的四个基本原则，提出构建煤矿安全管理体系的具体措施，以期促进相关工作发展。
