煤矿开采中的安全管理措施探讨

摘要： 煤矿开采企业各种管理中，安全管理是重要环节，管理水平与职工生命安全有直接联系，也影响企业的社会
与经济效益。以煤矿开采中安全管理方式为切入点，分析安全管理中存在的问题，并针对性地提出完善安全管理的策略
与具体措施。

Discussion on the Safety Management Measures in Coal Mining

Abstract: Safety management is an important part in various managements of coal mining enterprises, and management level is
directly connected with the life safety of staff and it also affects the enterprise's social and economic benefits. This paper analyzed
the problems existing in the safety management from the perspective of the ways of the safety management in coal mining and
