基于SBM-DEA 模型的北京市电能效率评价

摘要： 随着经济发展，电力资源的低效利用制约着经济的可持续发展。基于SBM-DEA方法，客观评价了1995年—
2012年北京市全要素电能效率，并根据实证分析结果，提出了具有针对性的政策建议。

Energy Efficiency Evaluation Based on the SBM-DEA Model in Beijing

Abstract: Inefficient utilization of power resources can restrict the sustainable development of economy. This paper carried out
objective evaluation of total-factor energy efficiency in Beijing in 1995-2012 based on the SBM-DEA methods, and put forward
targeted policy suggestions according to the result of empirical analysis.
