基于超设计基准外部灾害核电站厂用电研究

摘要: 通过对比分析福岛第一核电站1号~6号机厂用电系统的设计及受地震海啸破坏情况,得出导致福岛第一核电站
1号~4号机电源丧失的根本原因是其安全级电气系统的全地下布置设计。建议核电站厂用电系统设置冗余的空冷应急柴
油发电机组及相应的中、低压应急配电盘;建立厂房防外部水淹分区,协调厂用电系统抗震和防外部水淹设计。

Abstract: By analysis the on-site power system design of 1~6 unit in Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station and the damages
of basis earthquake and tsunami, the root cause of the power loss for 1~4 unit in Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station is the
whole underground layout design of security level electrical system. It is proved the design advantages and disadvantages of sit
power system. It is suggested that setting three redundancies air-cooled emergency diesel generator and middle, low-voltage
emergency power panel in independent nuclear power station, building external flooded resisting zone, corresponding seismic and
resisting external flood ability of nuclear power station.
