探讨新型煤化工企业水处理工艺方案设计优化

摘要: 以A煤炭公司的甲醇项目为例,在现有技术基础上,对新型煤化工产业的水处理技术进行了优化,包括循环水
系统优化、污水处理等。优化后的煤炭产业水处理技术更加科学高效,水资源利用率也有所上升,废水排放量大幅度减
少,对同类型煤炭企业来说具有一定的参考作用。

Discussion on the Design Optimization of Water Treatment Processes in New Coal Chemical

Abstract: Taking methanol project in A Coal Mine Company as an exemple, this paper introduced that water treatment technologies
(including the circulating water system optimization, sewage treatment and so on of the new coal chemical industry has been
optimized, optimized water treatment technologies for the coal industry is more scientific and efficient, the rate of water resources
utilization also raised, and wastewater emissions are greatly reduced on the basis of existing technologies, which had a certain
reference function for the same type of coal enterprises.
