电动给水泵倒转的原因分析及处理

摘要： 介绍了山东郝集电厂2011年8月给水泵倒转造成给水泵机械密封损坏、偶合器易熔塞及轴瓦等损坏的事故，对
事故的主要原因进行了分析，剖析给水泵倒转的风险，对今后给水泵运行提出相应防范措施。

On the Cause Analysis and Processing of Motor-driven Feedwater Pump Reverse

Abstract: This paper introduced the accident caused by feedwater pump inversion in Haoji Power Plant of Shandong in august
2011, which damaged water pump mechanical seal, coupling fusible plug and bearing and so on, analyzed main reason of accidents,
the risk of the feedwater pump reverse, and then put forward corresponding preventive measures for pump running in the
future.
