大采高综采工作面防灭火方法的探索与实践
———以晋华宫矿为例

摘要: 叙述了晋华宫矿大采高综采防灭火的工程概况,提出了防火注氮方案设计,即利用井下移动式注氮系统向大
采高工作面采空区注高纯氮气的方法解决工作面开采期间采空区自然发火问题,分析了工作面预埋管路随采随注N2防灭
火工艺及停采后向采空区注氮防灭火工艺。结果表明,采取的安全技术措施保证了回采工作面安全生产要求。

Abstract: This paper described engineering situation of fire preventing and extinguishing methods in fully mechanized coal
mining face with large mining height in Jinhuagong Coal mine, proposed project design of nitrogen injection for fire prevention,
namely, spontaneous combustion problems in worked out section was solved by using underground transportable nitrogen injection
system to inject high purity nitrogen to worked out section in coal mining face with large mining height during the working face
mining, analyzed nitrogen injection fire-fighting technology along with the mining in embedded pipe in working face, and nitrogen
injection and preventing and extinguishing fire process in worked out section after stopping mining. The results showed that safety
technical measures can ensure the safety of the working face production requirements.
