摘要： 煤矿采矿是一项非常复杂、危险的工作，经常发生各种安全事故，严重威胁人们的生命安全。为了保障煤矿
采矿安全，必须认识到各方面安全管理工作的重要性，加强煤矿采矿安管理，采取科学有效的管理措施，消除煤矿采矿
安全隐患。分析煤矿采矿事故发生原因，阐述煤矿采矿安全管理策略，以期对相关工作有所助益。

Abstract: Coal mining is a very complex and dangerous work, and a variety of safety accidents often occur, which seriously threatens
people's lives and safety. In order to ensure the safety of coal mining, it is necessary to recognize the importance of safety
management in all aspects such as strengthening the management of coal mining safety, taking scientific and effective management
measures, and eliminating the hidden dangers of coal mining safety. This paper analyzes the causes of coal mining accidents, and
expounds the coal mining safety management strategy with hoping to be helpful to the related work. Key words: coal mining; safety management; discussion
