浅析综采放顶煤工艺及发展趋势

摘要： 综采放顶煤工艺作为一项高效、高产煤炭开采技术，在全国各大矿区均有着广泛的分布使用。但其生产中仍
存在绝对瓦斯涌出量大、采出率低、含矸量高、粉尘大、易自然发火等诸多问题，以此为着手点，针对如何实现综放工
艺的优化提出对策，并对其未来发展进行分析，希望能够为其它矿井综放生产的顺利开展提供依据和参考。

Analysis of the Technology and Development Trend of Fully-Mechanized Top Coal Caving

Abstract: As a mining technology of high efficiency and yield, the technology of fully-mechanized top coal caving is widely used
in the mines. However, there are still some problems in the production process such as high absolute gas emission, low mining
rate, high gangue content, large dust and easy spontaneous combustion on which this paper was based. So the countermeasures
were put forward on how to realize the optimization of fully mechanized caving technology, and analysis of future development was
carried out hoping to provide some experience and reference for smoothly going of fully mechanized production. Key words: technology of fully-mechanized top coal caving; superiority; problem; countermeasures; development trend
