新型热风热水炉试验及改进措施

摘要： 针对开发的新型燃生物质热风热水锅炉，根据JB/T 6672-2011 燃煤热风炉和GB/T 10180-2003 工业锅炉热工
性能试验规程对其进行正反平衡能效测试。通过对数据进行分析得出影响锅炉热效率的主要因素，并提出改进的措施
以提高锅炉运行工况下的热效率。

Abstract: A new type boiler thermal efficiency was tested by methods of positive balance and counter balance base on China
Standard JB/T 6672-2011 Coal-burnning Furnace and GB/T10180-2003 Thermal Performance Test Code for Industrial Boilers.
Through the analysis of efficiency test data, this paper defined the main factors that affect the energy efficiency, and gave the
method to improve the boiler thermal efficiency through the analysis of factors.
