SZJ 矿样溶浸富铀溶液的萃取试验

摘要: 简要叙述了SZJ碎裂蚀变花岗岩型铀矿溶浸试验中所得的富铀液的溶剂萃取试验,给出了原矿和溶浸富液的物
质成分;试验了有机相中萃取剂浓度对铀萃取率的影响,选定了适宜的相比和萃取时间及通过四级连续萃取、一次萃洗、
二次反萃取后铀的回收率。论证了在一定条件下溶剂萃取工艺在铀矿水冶中其技术、经济和环保方面的优越性。

On the Extraction Test of Leaching Uranium Rich Solution in SZJ Sample Ore

Abstract: This paper briefly described solvent extraction test of rich uranium liquid that was obtained in granite-type uranium
leaching experiment by SZJ cataclastic-alteration, gave the material composition of raw ore and leaching rich liquid, tested the
influence of extractant concentration of uranium extraction rate in organic phase, selected the suitable phase ratio, extraction time
and the recovery rate of uranium through 4 levels consecutive extraction, an extraction washing and secondary back extraction,
which demonstrated that solvent extraction process had the advantages of technology, economy and environmental protection in
leaching of uranium ore under a certain conditions.
