摘要： 作为煤矿建设的重要组成部分，煤矿地面工程的工程质量直接影响煤矿的安全生产，因此要提高煤矿生产质量就
必须对煤矿地面工程做好科学管理。叙述了煤矿地面工程管理的影响因素，提出并分析了煤矿地面工程管理的改进措施。
