摘要： 随着时代不断发展，中国煤矿事业得到了一定程度的进步，煤矿生产安全问题也进一步得到了重视。叙述了
国外及中国一些省市的煤矿生产安全管理经验，并基于此，提出对煤矿生产管理的建议。
