Failure Analysis of Bearing of Centrifugal Pump Used in Coal Chemical Plant

Abstract: Most medium in coal chemical plants is transported by the centrifugal pump. Because chemical material medium is
complex and varied, safety risk of equipment maintenance is big, and there are gaps between equipment manufacturer technical
standards and actual use requirement. This paper briefly analyzed and discussed the working principle of single-stage centrifugal
pump used in coal chemical plant and bearing failure of centrifugal pump. Key words: coal chemical industry; centrifugal pump; bearing; life; failure
