摘要： 随着市场经济不断发展，社会环境和市场环境日益复杂，为满足现代市场的发展需求，电力企业应积极创新
企业管理模式，使企业能适应新形势的发展。但目前中国电力企业管理创新工作现状并不是非常理想，主要分析了当前
电力企业管理创新工作中存在的主要问题，并提出了促进电力企业管理创新的几点建议。

Discussion on the Electric Power Enterprise Management Innovation Work

Abstract: With the continuous development of market economy, the social environment and market environment is increasingly
complex. To meet the demand of the development of the modern market, power enterprises should actively innovate enterprise
management mode to adapt to the development of the new situation. But the present situation of China's electric power enterprise
management innovation work is not very ideal. This paper mainly analyzed the current main problems of the electric power
enterprise management innovation work, and put forward some suggestions to promote the electric power enterprise management
