摘要: 寺河矿井下辅助运输主要是轨道运输和无轨胶轮车运输方式,井下各盘区巷道材料设备运输主要采用的是无
轨胶轮车运输方式,结合寺河矿井下辅助运输的实际条件进行综合考虑,为了保证矿井安全高效生产,优化车辆铲运、
搬运、装卸物料方式,以达到省时省力。介绍了多功能铲运机的设计方案和主要经济技术指标,提出了多功能铲运机的
技术关键及创新,阐述其在井下的使用效果。

Development and Application of Multi-function Scraper Used in Underground Coal Mine

Abstract : The main means of transportation are rail transport and trackless tyred vehicle transport underground auxiliary
transport in Sihe Coal Mine, and trackless tyred vehicle transport is mainly used in roadway material transportation equipment in
each panel underground Sihe Coal Mine. Comprehensive consideration of physical condition of underground auxiliary
transportation was made in Sihe Coal Mine. In order to ensure safe and efficient production of mine, shovel vehicle transport,
handling, loading and unloading material were optimized to save time and effort. This paper introduced design scheme and the
main economic and technical index of multi-function scraper, put forward the key technology and innovation of multi-purpose
scraper, and described its use effect in underground coal mine. Key words: multi-function scraper; safety; efficiency
