电控喷油器喷油特性研究

摘要: 通过自行编程的方式对电控喷油器进行了建模仿真,通过Matlab/Simulink完成对其电磁液力耦合建模,并通过
计算得出合理的电磁阀运动规律、控制阀芯运动规律及喷油规律,讨论了电磁阀主要参数及喷油压力对喷油器喷油特性
的影响。

Research on the Injection Characteristic of Electric Control Fuel Injector

Abstract: Modeling and simulation of electric control fuel injector were carried out by programming, electromagnetic hydraulic
coupling modeling was completed by Matlab/Simulink, and reasonable motion law of the electromagnetic valve, motion law and
fuel injection law of control valve core were obtained by calculating. This paper discussed major parameter of electromagnetic
valve and the effect of injection pressure on injection characteristic of fuel injector. Key words: electric control fuel injector; law; research
