火电厂分级省煤器改造案例及NOx排放控制

摘要： 珠海金湾发电有限公司3#、4#锅炉为上海锅炉厂制造的1 913 t/h超临界直流锅炉，后增加SCR脱硝装置，为满
足脱硝运行反应温度，进行了省煤器分级改造。介绍了分级省煤器改造方案，对改造后运行过程中如何控制NOx排放进
行分析，提出相应解决方案。

Transformation Case of Sectionalized Economizer and NOx Emission Control in Coal Fired Power

Abstract: 3# and 4# boiler used in Zhuhai Jinwan Power Co., Ltd. was one kind of 1 913 t/h supercritical once-through boiler
that was manufactured by Shanghai Boiler Factory, and then SCR denitration device was increased. To meet the denitrification
reaction temperature, the classification modification of economizer was made. This paper introduced the modification schemes of
sectionalized economizer, analyzed how to control NOx emission in the operation process after transforming, and put forward the
corresponding solutions. Key words: SCR; coal-fired power plant; NOx; denitrification
