Abstract: This paper mainly introduced the advantages of converter steelmaking, principle, process, energy saving effect, application
and development prospects of negative energy converter steelmaking technology and converter gas dry scrubbing recovery
technology, and put forward the direction of energy saving and emission reduction of steel industry.
