城市垃圾焚烧厂生态选址研究

摘要： 通过问卷调查、北京风向分布状况分析、GIS系统构造模型分析等手段，研究城市垃圾焚烧厂生态选址问题，
提出“生态选址”，即更多关注垃圾焚烧厂对大气、水源这类生态环境的污染，结合邻避效应理念，制定了更基于生态考
量的城市垃圾焚烧厂选址方案。

Research on the Ecological Location of Municipal Waste Incineration Plant

Abstract: This paper researched on the ecological location problems of municipal waste incineration plant through the
questionnaire survey, Beijing wind direction distribution analysis, GIS system structure model analysis method, put forward "
ecological location", which is to pay more attention to the pollution of incinerator plant to the atmosphere, water ecological
environment, and developed municipal garbage incinerators location scheme based on ecological considerations combined with the
concept of "Not-In-My-Back-Yard" effect.
