摘要: 对三菱M701F4型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组在168期间的一次TCA控制信号异常,导致TCA至高压汽包调节阀异常
关小,进而导致跳机事故进行了分析。基于分析指出了本次跳机事故的事发原因。

Abstract: TCA control signal abnormalities of Mitsubishi M701F4 type gas and steam combined cycle units in 168 resulted the
regulating valve is turned down in abnormal form TCA to high pressure steam drum, which leaded to jump accidents. Based on
accident, this paper analyzed the cause of the jumping.
