超前支护液压支架底座的失效与优化

摘要： 针对超前支护液压支架底座的失效与优化开展探究。结合具体工程实际，在分析常见超前支护液压支架底座
使用中存在问题的基础上，借助数值模拟技术开展设计优化改良，并对改良后的设计进行了实践检验。结果表明，改良
后的底座结构有效消除了以往的应力高度集中现象，为生产的安全开展提供了坚实保障。

Failure and Optimization of the Hydraulic Support Base of Advance Support

Abstract: The failure and optimization of the hydraulic support base of the advance support was explored. Combined with the
actual engineering practice, based on the analysis of the common problems existing in the use of the advance support hydraulic
support base, this paper carried out the design optimization and improvement by means of numerical simulation technology and
tested the improved design. The results show that the improved base structure effectively eliminates the high concentration of
stress in the past and provides a solid guarantee for the safe development of production.
