煤矿无轨胶轮车速度失控保护装置研究

摘要： 无轨胶轮车是矿山斜井运输的重要形式之一，在使用中一旦发生速度失控现象，便会对井下运输安全造成不
可估量的负面影响。在分析速度失控保护装置功能与构成的基础上，分析了速度失控保护装置的作业原理，探究了拦截
装置的选择、受力以及速度失控装置的布置，并分析了速度失控装置的具体应用，希望能为其他矿井相似工程的开展提
供积极指导。

Research on the Speed Control Device for Mine Trackless Rubber-tyred Vehicle

Abstract: Trackless rubber rubber-tyred vehicle is one of the important forms of mine inclined shaft transportation. Once the
speed is out of control in use, it will have an inestimable negative impact on the safety of underground transportation. Based on
the analysis of the function and composition of the speed control device, this paper analyzed the operation principle of the speed
control device, explored the selection and force of the interceptor, and the arrangement of the speed control device, and analyzed
the specific application of the speed control device. It is hoped to provide positive guidance for the development of similar projects
in other mines.
