松软破碎围岩巷道掘进与支护技术研究

摘要: 针对松软破碎围岩巷道稳定性差、冒顶现象严重的问题,以山西A煤矿二水平轨道大巷地质条件为研究背景,
分析了巷道围岩变形破坏机理,提出了管棚超前支护与注浆加固围岩的方法,并优化了巷道掘进工艺。根据施工后现场
监测情况,巷道整体变形量在可接受范围内,掘进效率有了明显提升,表明该方案合理,可保证巷道的稳定性。

Research on Excavation and Support Technology of Soft and Broken Surrounding Rock Roadway

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor stability and serious roof fall of soft broken surrounding rock roadway, taking the
geological conditions of the second horizontal track roadway of Shanxi A Coal Mine as the research background, this paper analyzed
the deformation and failure mechanism of surrounding rock of roadway, proposed the methods advance support of pipe shed
and injection of reinforcing surrounding rock and optimized the roadway excavation process. According to the on-site monitoring
after construction, the overall deformation of the roadway is within the acceptable range, and the tunneling efficiency has been
significantly improved, indicating that the scheme is reasonable and can ensure the stability of the roadway.
