煤矿机电设备中变频节能技术的运用分析

摘要: 机电设备作为矿井日常运转中的主要能耗源头,确保运行效率的同时降低能耗,对矿井综合效益的提升有着
积极帮助。以此为着手点,结合工程实际,对机电设备中变频节能技术应用开展探究。在分析变频技术应用原理的基础
上,从通风机变频改造、空压机变频改造、采煤机变频改造、电机车变频改造四方面对变频技术的应用做出分析,希望
能为变频技术在矿井中的更好应用提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: As the main source of energy consumption in daily operation of mine, electromechanical equipment can ensure
operation efficiency and reduce energy consumption, which is helpful to improve the comprehensive benefits of mine. Taking this
as a starting point, combined with engineering practice, the application of frequency conversion energy saving technology in
electromechanical equipment was explored. Based on the analysis of the application principle of frequency conversion technology,
this paper analyzed the application of frequency conversion technology from four aspects: fan frequency conversion transformation,
air compressor frequency conversion transformation, shearer frequency conversion transformation and locomotive frequency
conversion transformation, hoping to provide reference for better application of frequency conversion technology in mine.
