综采工作面通风防尘技术应用

摘要: 2301工作面回采期间粉尘质量浓度高于570 mg/m3,不仅危害到施工人员的身体健康,还很容易引发粉尘爆炸
事故。基于此,漳村煤矿通风队通过技术研究,决定在工作面采用交叉斜孔注水、安装自动泡沫抑尘装置、安装自动捕
尘水幕相结合的综合防尘技术。通过实际应用,工作面粉尘质量浓度降至80 mg/m3以下,防尘工作取得了显著成效。

Application of Ventilation and Dust Prevention Technology in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

Abstract: The dust mass concentration of 2301 working face was higher than 570 mg/m3 during mining, which not only
endangered the health of construction workers, but also easily caused dust explosion accidents. Based on this, the ventilation team
of Zhangcun Coal Mine had decided to adopt the comprehensive dustproof technology of cross inclined hole water injection, install
automatic foam dust suppression device and automatic dust-catching water curtain. Through practical application, the dust mass
concentration of working face was reduced to below 80 mg/m3, and the dust control work had achieved remarkable results.
