羊八井地热电站发电机组及热网模拟与能效评价

摘要: 进行了羊八井地热电站发电机组及热网模拟与能效评价。采用Aspen Plus建立了羊八井地热电站热网及机组热
力系统模型。根据井口实际运行情况与汽轮机实际运行情况进行了模拟计算,基于羊八井电站模拟程序,对羊八井地热
电站发电机组与热网进行了火用损失分析。羊八井地热电站火用损失比较大的部分包括汽轮机、二级扩容器、汽轮机排汽和
尾水排放,全厂火用效率为31.95%,热效率为5.13%。针对从汽轮机组出来的地热尾水温度过高的问题,提出利用羊八井
地热电站的地热水余热为新建住宅供热的方案,能有效降低尾水排放火用损失。

Geothermal Power Station

Abstract: This paper carried out the simulation and energy efficiency evaluation of generator unit and heat network of
Yangbajing Geothermal Power Station. Aspen Plus was used to establish the heat network and thermal system model of Yangbajing
Geothermal Power Station. According to the actual operation of the wellhead and the actual operation of the steam turbine, the
simulation calculation was carried out. Based on the simulation program of Yangbajing Geothermal Power Station, the exergy loss
analysis of the power generation unit and heat network of Yangbajing Geothermal Power Station was carried out. The parts of
Yangbajing Geothermal Power Station with large exergy loss include steam turbine, secondary expansion vessel, steam turbine
exhaust and tail water discharge. The efficiency of the whole plant is 31.95%, and the thermal efficiency is 5.13%. In view of the
problem of excessive temperature of geothermal tail water from steam turbine units, this paper proposed a scheme of utilizing
waste heat of geothermal water from Yangbajing Geothermal Power Station to heat new residential buildings, which can effectively
reduce the exergy losses of the tail water discharge.
