SPE- 气相色谱法测定水中氯苯类化合物

摘要: 建立固相萃取结合气相色谱测定水样中氯苯类化合物的分析方法,比较了Florisil、C18和Qasis HLB小柱对5种
氯苯类化合物的萃取效率。结果表明,Qasis HLB小柱的萃取效率最高,回收率均能达到90%以上;Florisil小柱次之,回
收率在86.7%~91.3%之间;C18对四氯苯的萃取效率最低。使用Qasis HLB小柱萃取,5种氯苯类化合物在质量浓度为
2.0~50.0  g/L的范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数均大于0.999,回收率在90%~96%之间,检出限均低于0.1  g/L,精
密度在1.00%~3.54%之间。采用该方法分析不同水源中的5种氯苯类化合物,并与液液萃取-硫酸净化法相比,结果表明,
固相萃取法测定的回收率更稳定,整体回收率在88%~96%之间,能够更好地完成水质监测任务。

Determination of Chlorobenzene Compounds in Water by SPE-Gas Chromatography

Abstract: A method for the determination of chlorobenzenes in water samples by solid phase extraction combined with gas
chromatography was established. The extraction efficiency of five chlorobenzenes by Florisil, C18 and Qasis HLB columns was
compared. The results showed that the extraction efficiency of Qasis HLB column was the highest, and the recovery was above
90%. Florisil column was the second, and the recovery was between 86.7% and 91.3%. The extraction efficiency of C18 for
tetrachlo-robenzene was the lowest. Using Qasis HLB column extraction, the linear relationship of five chlorobenzenes was good in
the range of 2.0~50.0 ug/L. The linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999, the recovery was between 90% and 96%,
the detection limit was lower than 0.1 ug/L, and the precision was between 1.00% and 3.54%. Compared with the liquid-liquid
extraction-sulfuric acid purification method, the results showed that the recovery rate of solid phase extraction method was more
stable, and the overall recovery rate is between 88% and 96%, which could better fulfill the task of water quality monitoring.
