摘要: 受工作环境的影响,采煤机变频器在运行中经常发生过温、过流、过压、短路等故障,极大地影响了采煤机
正常运行和工作面生产效率。为了保证采煤机变频器的正常运行,需对变频器运行进行有效监控。基于此,提出了一种
ACS880 变频器无线监控系统,通过无线控制的方式可实现对变频器运行参数监测、功能测试和应急操作等,能够较好
地适应井下采掘设备变频器监控。

Design of Wireless Monitoring System for Underground Frequency Converter

Abstract: Influenced by the working environment, the shearer frequency converter often occurs over-temperature, over-current,
over -voltage, short circuit and other faults in operation, which greatly affects the normal operation of the shearer and the
production efficiency of the working face. In order to ensure the normal operation of shearer frequency converter, it is necessary to
effectively monitor the operation of frequency converter. Based on this, this paper proposed a wireless monitoring system of
ACS880 frequency converter, which can monitor the operation parameters, function test and emergency operation of frequency
converter through wireless control, and can better adapt to the monitoring of frequency converter of underground mining
equipment.
