纵轴式掘进机截割头截齿工作角度选择及加工分析

摘要： 掘进机是矿山建设和生产中的重要设备之一，加强对掘进机的研究成为其中的重点和关键。纵轴式掘进机具
有可靠性高、截割性能好等优点，被广泛应用于采矿领域。分析了纵轴式掘进机截割机构和截割头截齿工作角度，探讨
了纵轴式掘进机截割头截齿工作角度选择要点及加工，以期为纵轴式掘进机截割头截齿研究工作提供借鉴，提高掘进机
截割头截齿的设计和优化水平，促进中国矿业的发展和进步。

Working Angle Selection and Processing Analysis of Cutting Tooth of the Cutting Head for
Longitudinal Roadheader

Abstract: Roadheader is one of the most important equipment in mine construction and production. Strengthening the research
on it has become the key point. Longitudinal roadheader has the advantages of high reliability and good cutting performance, and
is widely used in mining field. This paper analyzed the cutting mechanism of the longitudinal roadheader and the working angle of
the cutting tooth of cutting head, and probed into the selection points and processing of the working angle of the cutting tooth of
cutting head for longitudinal roadheader, so as to provide a reference for the research work of the cutting tooth of cutting head for
longitudinal roadheader, improve the design and optimization level of the cutting tooth of cutting head for longitudinal roadheader,
and promote the development and progress of China's mining industry.
