矿井绞车电动机和减速器连接方式优化研究

摘要: 绞车是矿井常用的辅助运输设备,出现故障时会增加井下工作人员的劳动强度、影响井下运输效率。绞车故障
中电动机及减速器故障占比较大。为了降低电动机及减速器故障率,需对两者间的连接方式进行优化。叙述了矿井绞车的
运行原理,分析了矿井绞车的常见故障,对矿井绞车电动机和减速器连接方式的优化进行了研究。通过优化,降低了矿
井绞车故障的发生率。

Study on Optimizing Connection Mode of Mine Winch Motor and Speed Reducer

Abstract: Winch is a commonly used auxiliary transportation equipment in mines. Once a fault occurs, it will increase the labor
intensity of underground workers and affect the efficiency of underground transportation. Motor and speed reducer faults account
for a large proportion of winch faults. In order to reduce the fault rate of motor and speed reducer, the connection mode between
them is needed to be optimized. This paper described the operation principle of the mine winch, analyzed the common faults of
the mine winch, and studied the optimization of the connection mode of the mine winch motor and the speed reducer. Through
optimization, the incidence of mine winch failure was reduced.
