盖州煤业9102工作面切顶卸压自动成巷研究

摘要: 介绍了晋能集团盖州煤业9102 工作面概况,对“切顶卸压+ 恒阻大变形锚索支护+ 巷道临时支护”为主体的
切顶卸压自动成巷设计方案进行了探讨,并对其施工过程设计、施工工艺要求、监测方案设计进行了分析。通过对该方
案的实施,采区回采率由90%提高到98.5%。

Abstract: This paper introduced the general situation of 9102 working face of Gaizhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. of Jinneng Group,
probed into the design scheme of automatic roadway formation by roof cutting and pressure relief with the main body of "roof
cutting and pressure relief+support by anchor cable of constant resistance and large deformation+temporary roadway support". It
also analyzed the design of construction process, construction technology requirements and monitoring scheme. Through the
implementation of this scheme, the recovery rate of mining area has increased from 90% to 98.5%.
