矿井皮带运输机减速装置断轴原因及改进措施

摘要： 结合具体工程实际，在分析矿井皮带运输机减速装置断轴原因的基础上，对其改进措施进行针对性分析，并
对改进效果做出总结。结果表明，优化改良后减速装置输入轴运行负荷大幅降低，作业安全性和有效性获得显著提升，
未再发生断轴现象。

Reasons and Improvement Measures for Axle Breakage of the Reduction Device of Mine Belt

Abstract: Combining with the concrete engineering practice, based on the analysis of the causes of axle breakage of the reduction
device of mine belt conveyor, this paper made a pertinent analysis of the improvement measures and summarized the effect of
improvement. The results showed that the operation load of the input axle of the reduction device was greatly reduced after the
optimization and improvement, and the safety and effectiveness of the operation werte significantly improved, and no axle breakage
occurred again.
