回采工作面综合防灭火技术的应用研究

摘要: 以1304回采工作面为研究对象,建立了束管监测和自燃监控两种工作面火灾预测系统,提出采用注氮防灭火
技术、注浆防灭火技术和堵漏风技术相结合的综合防灭火技术防治工作面火灾,并对工作面综合防灭火技术应用效果进
行了检验。结果表明,采空区O2体积分数低于5%,有效杜绝了采空区煤炭的自燃。

Study on Application of Comprehensive Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology
in Mining Face

Abstract: Taking 1304 mining face as the research object, this paper established two kinds of fire prediction systems: bundle
tube monitoring and spontaneous combustion monitoring. It put forward a kind of comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing
technology which combines nitrogen injection fire prevention and extinguishing technology, grouting fire prevention and extinguishing
technology and air leakage stoppage technology to prevent and control working face fire, and tested the application effect of
comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology in working face. The results show that the volume fraction of O2 in
goaf is less than 5%, which effectively prevents the spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf.
