大倾角综采工作面收尾旋转调斜工艺实践

摘要: 针对伊田煤业公司2103大倾角综采工作面收尾工作期间下巷超前问题,将工作面虚中心旋转调整形式改为实
中心旋转调整。通过技术改良,避免了刮板运输机和工作面设备沿大倾角斜面下滑,也避免了挤架和咬架现象出现,解
决了伊田煤业公司大倾角综采工作面虚心调整工艺中存在的问题。采用实中心旋转方式,使工作面及其设备在大倾角斜
面上更加稳定,顺利完成工作面的收尾工作,使三角煤的回收效率得到有效提高。

Abstract: Aiming at the advance problem of the entry during the end work of 2103 fully mechanized mining face in Yitian Coal
Industry Co., Ltd., the adjustment form of virtual center rotation was changed to real center rotation adjustment. Through technical
improvement, the scraper conveyor and the working face equipment were avoided to slide along the inclined face with large dip
angle, and the phenomenon of squeezing and biting frame was also avoided. The problems existing in the conscientious adjustment
process of the fully mechanized mining face with large dip angle in Yitian Coal Industry Co., Ltd. were solved. The real center
rotation method was adopted to make the working face and its equipment more stable on the inclined face with large dip angle, to
finish the finishing work of the working face smoothly, and to effectively improve the recovery efficiency of triangular coal.
