自动化综采控制系统在极薄煤层的应用研究

摘要: 通过对自动化综采控制系统的分析和研究,完善了极薄煤层条件下控制系统的相关功能,结合工业应用效果
和出现的问题进行了系统优化,进一步提升了安全性和可靠性,最终实现了综采设备的远程监控、告警、记录、故障处
理等功能,并针对三角煤截割、视频传输、带压移架等技术难题提出了有效的解决方法。

Abstract: Through the analysis and research of the automatic fully mechanized mining control system, this paper perfected the
related functions of the control system under the condition of extremely thin coal seams, optimized the system combined with the effect
of industrial application and the problems that arise, further improved the safety and reliability, and finally realized the remote
monitoring, alarming, recording, fault handing and so on of the fully mechanized mining equipment. It also put forward effective
solutions to technical problems such as triangular coal cutting, video transmission, sliding advance of support and so on.
