厚煤层综放开采工艺参数研究

摘要: 为了对4102 工作面综放开采工艺参数进行研究,采用PFC2D分别模拟工作面采用不同采放比、放煤步距和放
煤顺序时煤层的回采率和含矸率。由模拟结果可知,当工作面采用0.6 m的放煤步距、2.8 m的采高、5.2 m的放煤高度
上行放煤时,煤层回采率最高,含矸率最低,为工作面开采最优参数。

Study on Technological Parameters of Fully Mechanized Caving Mining in Thick Coal Seam

Abstract: In order to study the fully mechanized caving face mining process parameters of 4102, PFC2D was used to simulate the
recovery rate and gangue content of coal seam when different mining and caving ratio, caving step distance and caving sequence
were adopted. It can be seen from the simulation results that when the working face adopts 0.6 m caving step distance, 2.8 m
mining height and 5.2 m caving height for upward caving, the coal seam recovery rate is the highest and the gangue content rate
is the lowest, they are the optimal mining parameters of the working face.
