浅谈IGCC电厂筒仓储煤自燃的预防措施

摘要： 华能天津IGCC 位于天津市，受土地及环保影响，储煤设施使用筒仓且并无紧急排放装置。防止筒仓储煤自燃
是公司燃料管理面临的难点问题。常规的筒仓保护装置只能是“兜底”防护，并无提前预防的措施。通过对影响筒仓储
煤自燃的各因素敏感性进行分析，浅析了防止筒仓储煤自燃的设计原则及运行中的各项措施。

Discussion on the Prevention Measures of Spontaneous Combustion of Coal Stored in Silos in
IGCC Power Plant

Abstract: Huaneng Tianjin IGCC is located in Tianjin. Affected by land and environmental protection, coal storage facilities use
silos and there is no emergency discharge device. It is a difficult problem for fuel management of the company to prevent the
spontaneous combustion of the coal stored in silos. The conventional silo protection device can only be "bottom covering" protection,
and there is no preventive measure in advance. Through the analysis of the sensitivity of the factors that affect the spontaneous
combustion of the coal stored in silos, this paper analyzed the design principles and the measures to prevent the spontaneous
combustion of the coal stored in silos.
