摘要: 运用静态高温混合熔融法及溶液浸渍法制备Co-Ni-Ca-Na 熔融盐催化剂,并分别对国标煤样及添加催化剂的
煤样在10 ℃/min、20 ℃/min、30 ℃/min 升温速率下进行热重实验。根据实验数曲线,研究了Co-Ni-Ca-Na熔融盐催化
剂对煤热解过程的催化作用,分析了催化剂对煤热解过程各阶段催化作用的影响,并对无烟煤添加Co-Ni-Ca-Na 熔融盐
催化剂热解过程进行动力学分析。采用单一法模型对煤粉热解过程的活化能等动力学参数进行计算和拟合,通过动力学
计算验证了Co-Ni-Ca-Na熔融盐催化剂对降低热解化学反应活化能有着优秀的效果。

Effect and Kinetic Analysis of Co-Ni-Ca-Na Molten Salt Catalyst on Coal Pyrolysis

Abstract: The Co-Ni-Ca-Na multi-molecule salt catalyst was prepared by static high-temperature mixed melting method and
solution impregnation method. The heating rate of the thermogravimetric experiment was increased at 10 益/min, 20 益/min,
30 益/min, and samples were coal and mixture of coal and Co-Ni-Ca-Na multi-molecule salt catalyst. This paper studied the
catalytic effect of Co-Ni-Ca-Na catalyst on the pyrolysis process of coal according to the experimental data curves, further
analyzed the catalytic effects of catalysts on various stages of coal pyrolysis process, and carried out kinetic analysis of the
pyrolysis process of anthracite-added Co-Ni-Ca-Na molten salt catalyst. In the kinetic analysis of the pyrolysis experiment
results, the single-method model was used to calculate and fit the activation energy and other kinetic parameters of pyrolysis
process of pulverized coal. The kinetic calculation verified that the Co-Ni-Ca-Na molten salt catalyst has an excellent effect on
reducing the activation energy of pyrolysis chemical reaction.
