A核电机组SC结构与CV结构核岛施工逻辑分析

摘要: A 核电机组核岛钢板屏蔽墙(SC 结构) 主要参考了国外AP1000 中防御大型商用飞机对屏蔽墙撞击破坏的设
计,将原有的钢筋混凝土结构屏蔽墙改为钢板混凝土屏蔽墙,为国内核电项目首次使用。由于钢板屏蔽墙(SC 结构) 与
钢制安全壳(CV 结构) 墙体间距仅1.33 m左右,两者在核岛安装时会相互干涉影响。因此,分析了SC 结构与CV 结构
核岛安装阶段的施工逻辑及其相互影响,并给出了相应的解决措施,以期为后续施工提供理论参考。

Abstract: The steel plate shielding wall (SC structure) of nuclear island of A nuclear power unit mainly refers to the design of
protecting large commercial aircraft from impact damage of shielding wall in AP1000 nuclear power abroad, replacing the original
reinforced concrete shielding wall with steel plate concrete shielding wall, which is used in domestic nuclear power projects for the
first time. Because of the narrow distance of 1.33 m between the steel plate shielding wall (SC structure) and containment vessel
(CV structure) wall, they will interfere with each other in the installation stage in nuclear island. Accordingly, this paper analyzed
the construction logic and interaction of SC structure and CV structure in installation stage in nuclear island , and proposed the
corresponding solutions, in order to provide a theoretical reference for the follow-up construction.
