试析扶贫光伏发电典型接入方式及经济效益评估

摘要： 农村贫困人口数量相对较多，脱贫攻坚任务比较严峻。在研究农村扶贫问题的过程中，常提及“精准扶贫”
的概念，在精准扶贫过程中，选择能够适应贫困区域具体情况的扶贫方式，针对贫困人口重点帮扶。在落实精准扶贫任
务的过程中，“光伏扶贫”的概念被提出并成为当前农村脱贫攻坚战中的重要内容。从技术角度来看，光伏扶贫发电站
在并入电网的过程中，其接入方式是整个项目的重要内容之一，而作为精准扶贫项目，当然也重视其所带来的经济效
益。针对扶贫光伏发电典型接入方式及经济效益相关内容进行详细分析。

Abstract: The number of rural poor is relatively large, and the task of poverty alleviation is relatively severe. In the process of
research on poverty alleviation in rural areas, the concept of "targeted poverty alleviation" is often mentioned. In the process of
targeted poverty alleviation, poverty alleviation methods that can adapt to the specific circumstance of poverty-stricken areas are
selected to focus on helping the poor. In the process of implementing the task of targeted poverty alleviation, the concept of
"photovoltaic poverty alleviation" has been put forward and become an important part of the current rural poverty alleviation
battle. From a technical point of view, in the process of integrating photovoltaic poverty alleviation power station into the power
grid, its access mode is one of the important contents of the whole project. As a targeted poverty alleviation project, of course, it
also pays attention to the economic benefits it brings. This paper analyzed the typical access mode and economic benefits of
poverty alleviation photovoltaic power generation in detail.
