摘要: 带式运输机作为矿井生产运输有效开展的关键基础,其运行质量对矿井生产意义重大,同时带式运输机作为
井下能耗大户,采取有效手段降低其运行能耗对于提升矿井生产综合效益有着显著帮助。在分析矿井带式运输机作业原
理的基础上,就矿井带式运输机节能控制系统设计及该系统各关键组件设计开展探究,希望能为其他矿井相关工作的进
行提供一定的指导。

Energy Saving Analysis of Mine Belt Conveyor

Abstract: Belt conveyor is the key foundation for the effective development of mine production and transportation. Its operation
quality is of great significance to mine production. At the same time, belt conveyor consumption is also major energy consumption
in the mine. Taking effective measures to reduce its operation energy consumption is of great help to enhance the comprehensive
benefits of mine production. Based on the analysis of the operation principle of mine belt conveyor, this paper explored the design
of energy-saving control system and the design of key components of the system, hoping to provide some guidance for related work
in other mines.
