该企业CO2的排放源,利用开发的方法学进行了量化计算。核查可知,该企业2018 年炼焦、烧结、炼铁、炼钢和钢材
深加工环节CO2的排放量分别为-6.40×104 t、7.574×105 t、1.596 3×106 t、-2.655×105 t、8.475×105 t,其工业生产过程
排放量为5.970×105 t,固碳产品隐含的排放量为1.773×105 t。活动水平数据的不确定性为±3.54%,属于高精度等级。
研究可以帮助钢铁生产企业核查其各个环节的温室气体排放量,挖掘减排潜力,促进钢铁行业低碳转型。

Energy Consumption and Greenhouse Gas Verification Analysis of an Iron and Steel Enterprise
in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Abstract: The iron and steel industry is a resource and energy intensive industry, which needs to consume a lot of fossil energy,
resulting in a large number of greenhouse gas emissions. According to the development status of iron and steel industry in
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, this paper studied the greenhouse gas verification method, investigated the energy consumption of
a key iron and steel production enterprise in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, identified the CO2 emission source of the enterprise,
and made quantitative calculation by using the development methodology. It can be seen from the verification that in 2018, the
CO2 emissions of coking, sintering, iron making, steel making and steel deep processing links of the enterprise were -6.40×104 t,
7.574×105 t, 1.596 3×106 t, -2.655×105 t and 8.475×105 t respectively, and the emissions of its industrial production process were
5.970×105 t, and the implicit emissions of carbon fixation products were 1.773×105 t. The uncertainty of activity level data is ±3.54%,
which belongs to high precision level. This study can help iron and steel enterprises to check their greenhouse gas emissions in all
aspects, tap the emission reduction potential, and promote the low-carbon transformation of the iron and steel industry.
