矿井刮板转载机优化设计分析

摘要： 矿井刮板转载机作为矿井井下生产高效、持续开展的关键设备之一，其整体运行质量对矿井综合效益有着直
接影响。从挡煤护板、可伸缩抬升装置、可拆卸活动电缆支架、机头封底板、悬空段中部槽、机头动力部和推移槽牵引
耳的优化设计方面逐一对刮板转载机的优化设计开展分析，希望能为矿井刮板转载机更好地运行提供帮助。

Analysis on the Optimization Design of Mine Scraper Transfer Machine

Abstract: The mine scraper transfer machine is one of the essential key equipment for the high efficiency and continuous development
of underground production. Its overall operation quality has a direct impact on the comprehensive benefits of the mine.
The optimization design of scraper transfer machine was analyzed one by one from the aspects of coal baffle, retractable lifting
device, detachable movable cable support, head seal bottom plate, middle groove of suspended section, head power part and
traction ear of moving groove, hoping to provide help for better operation of mine scraper transfer machine.
