摘要: 采煤量测量在煤矿开采中具有十分重要的意义。传送带是煤炭运输的关键部件,这一设备对煤矿系统调度具
有重要意义。设计了一种由3 个超声波传感器组成的系统,以此来确定采煤断面的移动时间,然后再加上胶带速度,经
过一段时间的综合评估,从而估算采煤量。该系统的开发基础是确定掘进过程中的采煤量,旨在实现高效率、低成本的
煤炭运输和信息采集。探讨了基于多个超声波传感器的输煤皮带流量测量系统设计,以期为行业的发展献言献策。

Design of Coal Conveying Belt Flow Measurement System Based on Multiple Ultrasonic Sensors

Abstract: The measurement of coal mining volume is of great significance in coal mining. Conveyor belt is the key part of coal
transportation, which is of great significance to coal mine system scheduling. This paper designed a system composed of three
ultrasonic sensors to determine the moving time of the mining section, and then combined with the belt speed, after a period of
comprehensive evaluation, to estimate the coal mining volume. The development of the system is based on the determination of
coal mining volume in the process of driving, aiming to achieve high efficiency and low cost of coal transportation and information
collection. This paper discussed the design of coal conveyor belt flow measurement system based on multiple ultrasonic sensors, in
order to provide suggestions for the development of the industry.
